Yin yoga is a more passive practice in which each posture is held for
several minutes and is mostly practiced on the floor. This type of
yoga blends different eastern traditions. We use different yoga props
to make our bodies comfortable so we can focus on our body sensations,
our breathing and our mind. We move gently through each pose in a safe
manner and respecting our limits. The poses are adapted to you, not
you to the poses.
Who is this class for: all levels (including beginners) and adults
(from 18 years old). If you are looking for a class to relax, practice
mindful movements, mind-body connection, or work on your joints,
tendons and fascia, this class is for you.
What you can expect: Breathing awareness, gentle movements and poses
that are held for several minutes. We use different yoga props to
ensure safety and comfort. The focus is on gentle movements, body
awareness, rest and relaxation.
Price: 15 EUR per class. If it is your first time in the class, you can try the lesson for 10 EUR.
