Prehab: the essential joint preparation

You always wanted to practice yoga but you found that the poses are too difficult, because you do not feel your wrist, your shoulder, back etc strong enough to hold even a simple yoga pose for a bit longer, then this series is just for YOU.

Prehab, because prevention is better than rehabilitation and in yoga the proper preparation of the joints is very important.
Does not matter what your level is and does not matter what your goal is with yoga.


This series is not about how to make a handstand, or a split, but without strong joints, you can forget any fancy moves. That’s why this series is more about how you can prepare your joints for practicing yoga with less risk for an injury.This series is focusing on 4 parts, some of them are often neglected.

3. Hamstring freedom – Hamstring + ankle
4. Happy Hips – hips openingThis series is accessible for everybody.
